Back to precedents Brain InjuryA young girl suffered a "severe brain injury". The defense doctors did their own neuropsychological tests and opined that the girl needed independence. The Plaintiff's doctors argued for 24 hours supervision. It was a classic battle of the experts. We created a Book of Demonstrative Evidence to amongst other things to "visually define" the case which settled soon after pre-trial for over 8 million dollars Due to privacy reasons, we cannot show you our work but we have provided a proximate reproduction of one of the cluster diagrams together with the girl's pre-accident art work (see sketch of face) juxtaposed to her post-accident art work (see banana painting).
