Costs for Simplified & Standard Track Proceeding's:

  1. Book of Demonstrative Evidence includes:


    1. Review of Pleadings & Evidence;
    2. Crafting of tailored Demonstrative Case Theory;
    3. Crafting Visual Strategy for definition of key evidentiary text with real and illustrative evidence;
    4. One(1) to two(2) 3D customized medical illustrations;
    5. One to five(5) 3D human anatomy images;
    6. Five to ten poster size pages on high grade stock (11' x 17') in bound books (3 ring binders optional);
    7. Four bound books in total; and
    8. Expert opinion from Ontario M.D. confirming fairness and accuracy of both customized medical illustration and 3-D human anatomy images.

Assessable Disbursements & Recovery

The Tariff: Part II of the Tariff lists disbursements which are assessable and therefore collectible from the loosing party. Sub-Section 25 is the relevant section under Part II of the Tariff which applies to Demonstrative Advocacy. Collecting the disbursement is typically an easy event because the impact, quality and expense are non-issues.
