Saima Fancy, B. Eng (Senior Demonstrative Theorist)
Saima Fancy received her engineering degree from the University of Toronto. Her studies were focused on Biochemical Sciences and Chemical Engineering. Saima has worked in civil litigation for the last ten (10) years exclusively for Plaintiffs on Motor Vehicle Accidents, Medical Mal-Practice, Slip/Trip and Falls and Problem Gambling Litigation. During the last four years Saima focused on crafting visual strategies and creating Demonstrative Advocacy precedents for Mediations, Motions and Trials exclusively for Plaintiff's counsel. Saima is a senior member of the Plaintiff Barrister's Education Committee at Graphicus Persona, and worked with LexisNexis and the author to design the ground breaking book to constrain bias in advocacy and adjudication based on scientific grounds.
